1. Overview
This website is operated by Buy Salvage Autos LLC. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Buy Salvage Autos LLC. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing a vehicle or placing a deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Vehicle Listings & Condition
All vehicles listed on buysalvageautos.com are sold AS-IS. Vehicles may carry Salvage, Rebuilt, or Clean titles as indicated on each listing. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each vehicle, including damage type, mileage, and title status. However, you are responsible for performing your own due diligence before purchasing.
Photos are of the actual vehicle — never stock images. Before placing a deposit, you can review the full photo set, VIN, condition details, and request extra confirmation from our team.
3. Deposits & Reservations
A $1,000 deposit reserves a vehicle for 72 hours. During this hold period:
- The deposit is refundable only if Buy Salvage Autos verifies that the vehicle materially differs from the listing in a substantial, undisclosed way.
- The deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind, fail to complete payment within 72 hours, or cancel for reasons unrelated to a verified listing discrepancy. If you contact us before the 72-hour hold period expires, Buy Salvage Autos may allow a one-time transfer of the deposit to a different available vehicle. This transfer option may be used only once and is not a refund.
- Damage disclosed in the listing before deposit — including structural/frame damage, salvage or title status, visible damage, missing parts, or run condition — does not qualify as an undisclosed listing discrepancy.
- You must pay the remaining balance within 72 hours or the hold is released and the deposit is forfeited.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The vehicle price is shown upfront. Before you reserve, we show the $599 dealer fee separately. Applicable taxes, title transfer fees, and shipping/transport costs are calculated separately because they vary by buyer location, registration type, and vehicle destination.
5. Payment
For reservation deposits only, we accept debit/credit card and Zelle. For remaining vehicle balances, we accept wire transfer, cashier's check, and approved financing. Full payment must be received before vehicle release.
6. Shipping & Pickup
For shipping or pickup, you must contact us to coordinate the vehicle's location and availability. Vehicles may be stored at different yards, and pickup or transport must be arranged based on the specific yard where the vehicle is located. Third-party shipping can be arranged at the buyer's expense. Title transfer and documentation will be handled upon full payment.
7. No Warranty
All vehicles are sold AS-IS with no express or implied warranty after release. We represent the vehicle's condition as shown and described in the listing photos, videos, and written details before purchase. If a vehicle is listed as Runs & Drives, that means the engine starts and the vehicle can move forward and backward under its own power at the time it is documented. This does not guarantee road-worthiness, future mechanical condition, or performance after the vehicle leaves our dealership, yard, or custody. Buyers of salvage-title vehicles should be aware that these vehicles have been declared a total loss by an insurance company.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Buy Salvage Autos LLC, our directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of any vehicle.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
